Why not benefit from my 20 years experience teaching Pilates with quality, tailor made workouts which offer that little bit extra personal care and attention to detail! These are particularly effective if you are a beginner to Pilates, recovering from an injury, pre or postnatal, working to achieve a personal goal or just want an effective, fun workout that will leave you feeling wonderful afterwards.

1-3 = £15 per person!

1-2 = £25 per person!

1-1 = £50 per person!

To secure your space, classes must be paid for 1 week in advance, a 24 hour cancellation policy applies! Drop ins are welcomed!

Pilates really can be tailored to suit any individual!

Post injury

Whatever the injury (backs, knees, hips, shoulders), because the technique strengthens weaker muscles and realigns posture, Pilates can help avoid future problems.

Pre and Post Pregnancy 

Pilates keeps muscles toned and joints supple during pregnancy and enables a speedy recovery back to fitness and tone after childbirth.

Any age

I have worked with children as young as 11 to help enhance their training as dancers, divers or gymnasts.  I can even boast to having one or two octogenarians in my client list who have become addicted to Pilates as it helps keep their joints flexible, mobile and strong.

Sports and Athletics

Golf players, Horse Riders, Footballers and Runners are among the athletes I have offered tailored workouts to help support their sport.

Conditions

Pilates is effective in easing clients' pain and enabling them to cope with conditions such as MS, fibromyalgia, osteoporosis, arthritis and strokes.
