Emphasis is placed on strengthening the muscles of the trunk so that as support of the spine increases, there is potential for improving posture and shape. Regular practice promotes health, fitness and wellbeing!

Pilates is suitable for men and women all ages! Programmes can be designed to suit individual needs, from the very fit through to those requiring remedial exercises to aid recovery and rehabilitation after surgery, back problems and sports injuries!
